angel fish (pair) or you could possibly do some dwarf cichlids or if it can go in that tank cause the tank mates a dwarf gourami is like a miniature oscar in a way and i love my couple!

Angel fish are great! Maybe pick up a flying fox or an african brown knife fish, both of those are interesting fish as well.
