Its good that you got some live rock, but you need at least 1 lb per gallon.
Also, you ammonia looks like .25
Not good.
Get the damsel out PLEASE
Its for its own good

oh and work on getting the nitrates down
Adding more live rock will help with that
Also try adding some macro algae when the tank is cycled. That will help reduce the nitrates even more.

where do i put the damsel?
ive got a plastic tub and i have spare salt
would that work?

more live rock?

the live rock is making the whole room stinky, how do i get rid of da smell?

do i do water changes to get nitrates down?

is the tank nearly cycled?

can i use seawater to do water changes?

you can ask the pet store to hold the damsel for you until the tank is cycled.
The live rock smells because it is uncured. The die-off will fuel the cycle. You can start worrying about the nitrate after it cycles. Don't use seawater because it could be polluted or it could have a different salinity.

so i put the live rock in a tub with fresh saltwater should i put it back in the tank, also i cleaned most of the debri from the rock

put the rock back into the tank, and put the damsel in the tup. This will help save the damsel. odor just means your tanks ammonia is high. When the cycle is finished, this will go away. One of those things we deal with lol.
