The API test really sucks when reading results
From experience with it I'd say you have 20 ppm nitrate, no ammonia or nitrite, and pH of 8.3

But from the time you've had the rock, I'd say it hasn't srarted to cycle yet

Honestly, forgo the damsel, wait another two to three weeks and get some permanant fish
Unless you got a yellow tailnor other more peaceful damsel

try salifert test kits, There better then most others on the market. Ive heard decent results about seachem but in all honesty any things a step up from API liquid and strip test kits.
