I change water out of mu sump. Its about 100g, with 60g of actual water volume in it.
I have one hose for taking water out and one hose for filling with tap water. I leave all filters running (becuase they don't need to be turned off).
I always guesstimate how much dechlor to put in becuase both hoses run simultanesouly. I put it in usually as soon as i start adding water, but only for the amount of new water i put in.
