Im pretty sure they're all adults tho since I measured the convict as 4 inches and the fire mouth as 6 inches.

Well cared for FM males, can reach 10", even adult male Convicts 6 or 7", from your photo, I can see they are juvies.

I don't think they're juries because in the first pic, the fire mouth has the tall-body shape typical of adults and a slight nuchal hump. The second picture acts as a point of reference, the boat is 5-6 inches and the jewel cichlid is almost as long as it.

Unless that gravel is very large I don’t believe the boat is any bigger than 3”, could we get a picture of it next to a tape measure?

According to brick link that boat is 4.3 inches so the Jewel is at about 4 inches.
