ADEE's 125, the ongoing photo thread...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That tank has an awesome bunch of fish.

Just watch the eel and the shark, idk if they do at that age, but I've heard (and seen) some horror story's of sharks eating eels.

NICE! i love your fish choices. that shark is bad ass
thank you!!

otto: thanks so much for the heads up, so far they seem to be ok together but i will keep an eye out for them.

OMG thats terrible seeing that poor eel!!! good lord!! for now i think were safe, the eel has some size on the shark and we gotta get the darn shark eating first lol.. i would be really upset though if the eel became dinner. When we upgrade for the shark and the ray (assuming the eel is ok) we will keep the eel in the 125 for life and we wont have to worry about it becoming dinner down the road.

How big will that ray get?
supposedly the ray stays small, topping out around 13" (reference link: http://aquatic-terrors.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=9782) its a cortez ray
just to show how small it is...

Wow stunning tank love the ray & shark , makes me want a marine tank .
:D thanks for the compliment! you should totally do it, now that weve done marine we will never go back, its honestly not much harder than fresh (which is what we had prior to our salt)

Yeah, at first marine is intimidating and seems hard, but in reality it's not much harder than fresh, just add salt!

Love your setup!

our baby shark is getting increasingly more active at night despite its still not eating... here are some pictures from tonight...
