Adjusted substrate for the heterospila

It's almost indistinguisgable from pulcer (the blue acara)
The one caught in central Panama, tended to be this color

The ones I've been catching in eastern Panama, near the Darien, have more gold base colors

I find it fascinating that the same species only 15 miles from another can have a varient so different from another
The pH of the waters these are found in, in Panama, range in the mid 8s, a bit higher than the Andinoacara of the softer, lower pH waters of South America.
For those with high pH tap water, these might be more adaptable
