Has anyone have or had any experiance with this program i just got a pro version on a trial basis and don't think i can tell if i'll like it down the road so far am finding that I feel I need need to take a course to benifit from it very complex at around a $1000.00 for the software and ++ for the college course seems like a lot..

It's the best. You'll love the functions and if you get used to it, it actually very easy to work with.
If you will using it alot the you can buy it. Then you can best buy a earlyer version (second hand, but make shure it's legal and working properly) and buy the update pack Adobe is offering. That will save you a couple hundred bucks.
If you only intend on using it a few times then I suggest you get a cheaper program/or a earlier version (only downside is that they have less professional options) like Adobe Photoshop elements, Coral paintshop pro X or Gimp (that's even for free, so you can always try it!)

Hope this helps,

Lou

No prob. About the crash factor, maybe it has something to do with your pc, because I never heard of that.

always had problems with windows and photo programs i just bought a new cpu running windows xp home and it still freezes up latest program is printshop pro with pro photo always seems to freeze after a lot of time on a photo but the CS2 really taxes the hard drive yet to freeze up though i'm thinking the prgramme uses the hard drive instead of ram while running preventing freeze up when its being saved..
