Yeah I hate etc that have the blunted noses but honestly the catfish always seem too be unaffected by it And EAT and act like a normal rtc

How big is the tank where the hybrid lives? IME and that of others, comming large cats appears always to be a gamble but space is really decisive. E.g., I have had no problems in 4000 gal ever combining 1.5'-2.5' TSNxRTCs, RTCs, and TSNs, etc., but Necro's 2.5' hybrid killed a 2' RTC within a day or so in a 300 gal rubbermade tub. Tore its tail off. Did the same to a 2' firewood cat.
