REDLINES: Can you proof that ray is IN your possesion ? again, write your user name and today's date and place it nect to the tank with the ray.

I could be wrong but fairly certain its a scam, I have delt with the seller of that aquabid auction before, attached is a pic of the stingrays I got that he used in the auction.
If you look in the reflection from the glass bottom you can see some pipes and stuff above that looks very similar to the ones in his current auction which the picture on this thread came from. This guy was in Jersey, shipped the rays to me out of a NYC airport.
