Advice needed please

Caribe can easily grow to 15-16" and piraya to 18". But the morphologies of the two fishes are very different ; piraya is much more massive.

I'm looking for 4-6 young piraya ; I'm not gving up!

piraya can be difficult to find now and they are possibility more subject to HITH compare to other Piranhas.
I would go with a big shoal of cariba, if you go babies, start with maybe 100 or so in that size tank would be a sight to see. my last shoal I started with 50 cariba and boy it was fun
