I really want a 90 gallon just like yours. I need a tank that doesn't have preds only.

sounds like the gasping is a sign of low oxygen in the tank system. I would get something to break the surface area of the tank water to release more gas exchange and to oxygenate the water more. Also if the tank is newer your fish could have fell victim to new tank syndrome as well.

I also have having breathing SW fish did water change today. How long would it take to see a diffrence in the fish breathing after the WC...? If that was the problem....
