What you are describing is the direct result of water quality problems, and the Oscar is the most susceptible to poor water. Your water change sched is inadequate, and Oscar is showing just that. Do you test your water?

He mentioned it was a 200gal 6ft in his opening post.
As for the Oscar, I agree with the others in that your water changes are too small and infrequent. Oscars are messy and 20% a week wont cut it, especially with other tankmates. Your other fish seem "healthy" because they are hardier than the Oscar. IME Oscars are very susceptible to these kind of infections.
You mentioned hes the newest addition and you might have gotten a "messed up Oscar". How Long ago did you buy him? Could it be possible he was sick when you got him? How did you introduce him to your setup?
If you've had him for more than several days and he just started displaying sympstoms we'll have to assume its on you.
Treat with salt and feed with salt like they advised before. And when everything is back to normal do bigger, more frequent WCs.

Dude...no need to get defensive. You asked for advise. If you get upset about advise when it comes to fishkeeping you'll end up with alot of dead fish in your hands.
We all love to think we're doing a perfect job but truth of the matter is most of us are doing alot of things wrong, or else these forums wouldnt have the traffic they do.
Opening a thread , then saying "Dont worry" is not the way to take advise.

Pics might help but I would double the water changes to twice a week or 50% weekly.
As for now I would do every other day changes, salt, and increase temps. Might look into a quarantine tank and meds too.
