MMA seems like the new thing.. there's some new MMA stuff on BET last night as I was flipping through channels. With ludacris either as the cornerman/coach or a guy at the fight who was really into it.

Dana has a personality that alot of people like. UFC is the best known of all the brands. I don't think Trump can overtake Dana/UFC even with really deep pockets. None the less should be interesting.

Edit: The one on BET might have been Iron Ring?

too many org's is a bad thing.... talent will be spread too thin.... too many good fighters will not be able to compete against one another....... Affliction's got some big names.... but you need new talent to build a solid organization......

Agree..

To me it also makes the sport not look so respectable to people on the outside.. Now every channel has their own MMA organization.. Doesn't mean those orgs have any talent, they just have an organization.. They're trying to make MMA into a "show" too much. Everyone wants to cash in.

Mayweather I don't really care about. I wouldn't take him seriously in MMA as of right now.

I'm hoping it doesn't last. I'm guessing they will keep popping up for a while because it is the "new thing" then hopefully after a while, they will kind "widdle" (is that a word?) down to a few bigger orgs.
