I am going to give it to the end of the day today. If nothing, I will proceed with the charge back.

It is a shame, as I would be very flexible as to when I received the shipment. I have been buying the NLS containers around the size of a baseball in the meantime. If they would have communicated with me in any way, my attitude toward their business would not be so negative.

I do have to make clarification. I am not 100% positive that they actually charged my credit card at this point. I got my statement a couple days before this order was placed, and am not due my next paper statement for a couple of weeks. I will contact Capital One and make certain that the charge was indeed already posted to the credit card. If it has, I will get the date of the charge and explain the situation to the CC company, and have them reverse the charges.

If they have not, I will ask Capital One to void the transaction and I will send Affordable Aquatics an order cancellation notification.

I'll let everyone know the status tomorrow.
 
I still have received no response. I contacted Capital One today, and verified that they did indeed post the charge to the card on 10-8-2014.

I opened the dispute case and had Capital One perform a charge back on this vendor.

Affordable Aquatics should be avoided IMO. Thanks!

Make sure you give him negative feedback as that's what it's for...I think this is his member name"johnny roastbeef" Not even sure why he still has a vendor section as it doesn't have anything in the account to even show who runs it. I had to check old vendor ads to find his member name. He hasn't even been on this site since April/2014 according to his profile.

He even received an "F" from the BBB so why is anybody still ordering from him?

Tons of other places to order food with prompt response and quick service. Kens fish,pets and ponds and the list goes on....
