I am going to give it to the end of the day today. If nothing, I will proceed with the charge back.
It is a shame, as I would be very flexible as to when I received the shipment. I have been buying the NLS containers around the size of a baseball in the meantime. If they would have communicated with me in any way, my attitude toward their business would not be so negative.
I do have to make clarification. I am not 100% positive that they actually charged my credit card at this point. I got my statement a couple days before this order was placed, and am not due my next paper statement for a couple of weeks. I will contact Capital One and make certain that the charge was indeed already posted to the credit card. If it has, I will get the date of the charge and explain the situation to the CC company, and have them reverse the charges.
If they have not, I will ask Capital One to void the transaction and I will send Affordable Aquatics an order cancellation notification.
