 Yeah dude above is right.

i called in today in the morning before i went to church.

:grinno: allll soldddd outtt.

supposedly get more in two weeks.

:headbang2 if my other plan doesnt work.
ill wait to get one from them.

AFRiCAN ARO... very interesting species.
would love to watch it grow.

I bought one when they had em, and it was very interesting to watch him sift through the sand for live worms.....

I'm sure everyone here is aware of the needs of this species.... But if not I encourage you to do some research on this awesome fish prioir tp purchase...

Normaly they die from starvation. Most Hobbiest don't / can't provide for their dietary needs.

BUMP!

throw one of those sponge things on your intake tube.
[on top of the strainer]

then proceed to feed things such at bloodworms.

from my understanding they eat plankton in the water?
and other things.

one friend told me that they eat algae, and terrorize plants.
eating offa them.

i got tons of algae attack in my tank.
and also tons of anubias.

what else could i do?

I reccomend feeding foods intended for fry. These fish are filter feeders. I guess the best over-all chance of survival would be in green water with very small foods. Maybe Tetra bits crushed, or even hikari carnivore crushed. Live black worms maybe, but may need to cut even these up at that size....... You need small rich foods. Even then I expect a 35% survival rate or so.
