African arowana season??

Late April is the season according to most of my LFSs, a lot of the vendors do have the larger ones already and have more coming in.

My advice is to get only one and if you got other aros keep an eye on them. These guys tend to be aggressive! My Afro which is the smallest of comm. is the meanest! Afro @15" attacks a silver @24" lol hilarious isn't it!
