Man that is a cool fish. So unique and interesting. This thread makes me want to try afrowana.

You should really try raising one. The sense of pride i get from raising her is immense! Start small and although they're really fragile and sensitive fishes, you'll be rewarded.

Thank you, all the best with your search! They are seasonal fishes if i'm not mistaken. You'll only find juveniles around March-April.

She is the most amazing fish ever! I've got a Silver in the tank with her and i plan to add a Black and a Yellow-tailed Green soon!

You should buy the large sheets of Hikari FBW that what i use its like 16oz an last a long time just have to break off chunks. You have all those fish in a 4' 55gallon tank? I hope you are working on a larger tank asap cause all you have are monster in there.
