I've rarely seen these fish in the UK - try asking wildwoods, they're probably your best local bet.

I have kept one they are aggressive
I don't mean to sound hash but it always makes me lol when I see people post planned stock before they even have the tank setup
Your stock list is massive and it not a list you can go and buy all in one go
No one can say if any fish will be compatible with every fish on your list as each fish can have different temperaments yes clown loach are peaceful but you always stand a chance of getting a rogue fish of any type
My advice to you would be set up the tank first and add a few fish at a time and see what works yourself
No one ever sticks to a set list and something's work for some people but not others
So its not a good idea to think about stock before the tank setup and not on this scale
Its good to have big plans but putting them into action is another story
If you live in the UK world of water have some right now 8" £24
They don't come up for sale often in the Uk

Nothing wrong with planning
But planning stock never works out
Its not like your going to go out and get all the fish on that list in one go
Its best to just add fish when and if you find them
For instance the scarlet pleco that's not something you see everyday in the UK
African aros are aggressive the problem I think is feeding time as they like small particals of food and if a fish chews the food small particals come out of the fils which the African aro will go for which freaks the other fish out well it did with my 9 asain aros
Go buy one from world of water and see how you get on and for £24 I was going to give it another go myself
A mixed comm tank is all about taking risks
