African Brown Knife - Feeding?

I recently obtained an African Brown Knife about 2 weeks and the only things I can get him to eat are Tubifex and baby guppies. Anyone have any tips or suggestions on foods/brands that I can try to get it him to vary his diet?

I just don't feel like he is getting enough food.

mine eats anythings that sinks. give it time, it'll figure out how to eat

Mine love frozen thawed krill and bloodworms.

Mine willingly ate flakes, which is mainly what they are fed currently. They also eat krill, brineshrimp, bloodworms, earthworms, pellets, etc. Almost anything I put into the tank, lol.

They'll pretty much eat anything you offer them. If your's are being picky, just starve them for a bit. Eventually, they will notice what the other fish are eating (I'm assuming they are in a community tank) and they'll start getting the idea.

I feed mine bloodworms, brine shrimp, and flakes.

my last one ate blood worms, earth worms, shrimp, tilapia, and small fish

the first one I had ate flakes


my last one never got off "real" food because it never had too. it was readily available. never starved it or anything. prefered to feed poly's real food so that is what it ate too
