African brown knifefish with a Gar

I kept my Knife and Gar together for a very long time. My 2 favorite fish just give the ABK enough places to hide and he'll be good.

gars in my opinion are horrible hunters. they can't catch intelligent fish as easily as goldfish...especially in larger tanks with hiding spots

update. I found out the the two knifefish I purchased are actually clownknives. uhhg. frustrated with petco. oh well at least I know they will get to a large enough size to hang with the gars. Ill have to eventually get rid of one of the knives though. thanks

clown knives will work out fine with the gar. i was going to say that an abk hides all the time, at least mine does, so idk about that one.
