  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I just did some quick readying on these guys and they seem really interesting. I have been kinda hoping to find something like this, thats interesting and can coexist with my peacocks.

Let us know if you get it and how it goes

you can get or find a baby red eared turtle in there it should stay small

unless you do a big modification to the tank, there will be no way to properly house a RES in a regular aquarium

No turtles and no lobsters, eels rock. i had a tiretrack in my cichlid tank and it had the coolest personality. would eat out of my hand and everything. only thing about eels is they are escape artists. mine used to love to hide in my filter and one day decided to jump...next morning i had a long peice of fish jerky on the floor. i highly recommend the eels though you will not regret it.

I am gonna get an eel and maybe a blue lobster. The kind Im talking about is at feeders supply and doesnt get bigger than a crawdad. Any reasons why I shouldnt get one? Alson any new suggestions for exotic fish for my african chiclid tank?

I would highly suggest not getting the blue lobster. I would stick to just the eel unless you don't like your fish and want to feed them to the lobster.

Good point never thought about the molting im not gonna get one. Do either of you know if an african butterfly or leaf fish will live fine in the tank with them? Or anything else exotic that I could put in there?

they might eat the butterfly fish.. i would go with a cool syno catfish..

what kind of hap do you have? most of them get around a foot long..
