African Cichlid attack Good food bad food?

I bought some today for my labs ,auratus and assorted African cichlids because I have not found NLS on any shelves in the area. Is this stuff ok as a diet staple? I normally feed them algae wafers , emerald entree , brine shrimp and occasional blood worms. Anyone have experience with it ?

I used it for my juvies the protein is kind a high for adults for a staple if it buying from a chain store a really good food is the hgh spirulina pellets that's what I feed and my fish all have great color

I didnt see the spirulina pellets. That would be great for digestion. The protein does seem kind of high

Its one of very few foods my fish flat out refused to eat.All of them.And I have alot of fish.

I used it for almost two years with no problems before I switched to NLS.

If I'm not mistaken there was a recall on Cichlid Attack earlier this year not sure why but i remember seeing the article...........I use Hikari brands

It was melamine poisoning that prompted the recall.

I would stick to New Life Spectrum. That is the best food out there by far.

I have over 500 African Cichlids and thats all I feed them besides krill and plankton.
