Mike that one is the same fish that the cichlid-forum uses as there mascot. I will let someone else say it if they haven't figured it out. (IT is an amazing fish I haven't had them yet... Though maybe with fish being all moved about I could try them soon.)

you are the right on my fish, the other fish was the answer I gave, Protomelas taeniolatus. He was giving a side shot for everyone else...
