Africans are taking over the lfs, and particularly where i work, but I still really enjoy them. My africans are really personable. They have no problem eating out of my fingers. Don't know why you hate them so much peanut. Oh well. I don't know which one this is though.

is it even a tilapia. the whole food hint you gave us made me think of tilapia.

I like africans. True its a bit of a turnoff that every lfs you go theres africans left and right. But to make a real african biotope, rock formations, caves and some sand, black background then put them in there... en masse... WOW... its a sight to behold.

Heres a good example..You cant see the caves but you get an idea..

thats an awesome pic. What i think im gonna do is break down my 75 gallon mbuna setup, and put something in there. Then get something around 150 and go with some relatively rarer mbunas than what you would see at the lfs. Def. love cynotilapia and want to try my hand at keeping some tropheops.
