Let's suppose a LMB consumed an african dwarf frog. Would it harm the LMB in any way?

No, the clawed frogs are not toxic.

Aren't those frogs in some places considered a nuisance species? Meaning maybe they are easier to take care of/breed and then it would cost effective live feeder =) .

He didn't like it. The whole entire frog was in his mouth in one gulp. Then he spit it out and it swam away unharmed. He must not of liked the slime coat on the frog. I netted it and will try to re-feed it to him another day.
