African Knifefish

Hello!
Im thinking of setting up a 75 Gallon Cichlid Tank. Do you think i could keep one African knife fish with peaceful new world cichlids? Do they eat pellets? Are theyhard to care for? I read that they aren’t a beginner fish, but the information changes from site to site and sometimes there are different species on the pictures so I’m a little confused...

Readily eat prepared foods. If the cichlids are peaceful I see no problems, they are most definitely easy to care for. Just provide plenty of shelter for them

Thank for your quick and clear answer! I’ll add plenty of driftwood to the tank so the knifefish will have caves and other places too hide when the light is on...
