african lung tankmate?

i'd say it depends on who gets hungry first ... it's a small 5" diameter soft shell turtle so it's fair game for the lungfish ... who's taking bets?

the lungfish is too slow and wont be able to take out the turtle in one bite.
the turtle would kill it first.

i have an frt and an african lungfish in the house of sam.

so far all is well..........the frt is about 12" and the lungfish is about 28"....... they do have lots of elbow room

Lungs are lightning fast when they need to be. I think that the turtle would end up killing the lung before the lung got big enough to kill the turtle. Either way, wouldn't do it in a tank under 10,000 g
