African Marbled Lungfish

mine did that too lived with his feeders in the tank...gave the feeders to my snakeheads....
 
If the LF is a female, you may be OK (to a point whenever african LFs are involved). If it's a male, odds are high that he will dessimate the tank of all life once he reaches breeding maturity and looks to clear the area for his 12 foot nest.

Your lungfish tank is full house.
I've my 22" marble lungfish currently in its 4ft own tank but sometime its kind of 'boring'. Therefore, I might try my luck introduce some fast swimming fish such as Red hook or Silver dollars or may be some pleco...:nilly:

How to tell whether LF is a female or male? Thanks a lot. :)
 
the exception shouldn't be used as a rule...but since it worked for you, great.
