how big do hepsetus odoe and freshwater barracudas get in an aquarium and what size tank would i need for either not both cheers

african pikes get like 12"+ and freshwater barracudas (Acestrorhynchus falcirostris) get up to 20-24"...iv kept both fish together in a 180 but i think they'll eventually need something like a 240-300.

if you guys were talking about Kafue pike (a type of African pike). they very short lived.. about 5 years..

the kafue pike and the odoe are the same fish,just different names :D .they do live to approx 5 years.mine is approx 11 inches at the moment :D

theres lots of baracuda
yellow tail = 14-16''
red tail = 12''
odoe get around 12'' but much bigger is reported
hujeta get around 12''-14'' but can reach 20'' in the wild
they all need a long tank 6 foot being recomended but longer for the bigger fish
