I have a question, seeing pictures of hydrocynu tanbzanie on this forum, I came to doubt that my it was one of those, I'll post a picture where you see colors better ..... do you think that atf id ?

Vittatus for sure. His adipose fin would be blue and his tail wouldn't be so vividly colored if he was tanzaniae.
 
im confused by that comment... i thought tatf had color on both lobes of tail?

Correct, both VATF and TATF have color on both lobes of the tail. However the color on the TATF is somewhat faded and not nearly as vivid.

The adipose fin of a TATF will be blue, the adipose fin of a VATF will be black.

Also clearly indicative of a tanzaniae is that the second stripe above the lateral line will be dramatically reduced. In a vittatus, it will only be slightly reduced or not reduced at all.

For comparison, here is a similarly sized tanzaniae:
