I read the article about breaking down Hydrocynus Goliath.
I thought when feeding them pellets I could supplement with nutritional products to stimulate them to grow faster.
I have 2 GATFs about 5.5 inches long, Before I started breaking them I have seen my GATFs bite into the pellets, it looks like they want to tear them but can't, then spit them out.
I have started breaking them with 6 pieces of tin foil about 5 inches long. It has been almost 2 weeks now and they have no interest in the pellets. I am using 8mm pellets which are similar in shape and texture to Hikari. Should I continue? I am worried they will starve to death.
