Might be hit and miss if you only keep one..... Every horror story I've ever read about Odoe lashing out or being aggressive towards tank mates has always been when kept without a group. I've always kept in groups, and never had an issue.
I'm sure there's exceptions for every circumstance, but I think most will agree they are best kept in groups.
