Yes, it is getting more and more pronounced as it gets older. I don't mind it too much but wished it didn't have it. If you look back in the pictures, you can tell that it got worse and worse over the years. Just like DE.

No, not at this size. I've seen people cutting the tip of the lower jaw on young arows but I'm sure it's impossible on large fish. The bigger the size, the harder it is for the fish to heal from surgery, cuts, and other injuries.
