Not only should the concept of idea be from free patent protection, but the stupidity of trademark is detrimental to free society. Patents are detrimental to the advancement of society. No idea can be claimed to be independent, but all ideas must stand on the shoulders of those minds that came long before them. The people of the drink corporation that propose to have been wronged have contributed absolutely nothing to society. Profit is not a contribution to society. Patent trolling is the lowest form of capitalism and deserves the highest form of economic disrespect: not buying their products.
