Last month i bought 5 baby D. Compressiceps at about 1-1.5 inches and started growing them out in a 30. Currently the largest one is 2.5-3 inches with the rest around the 2 inch mark. I noticed the smallest one is getting ganged up on by the other 4 and is not looking so good. the fins are pretty badly torn and it spends alot of time nestled up close to a rock to avoid the others. I`m getting a 75 tomorrow and was wondering if i could move my smallest to the 75 in about 1 week. I currently have 2 HOB 70 gallon rated filters on the 30 and i`m moving one to the 75 along with one I`ll be purchasing tomorrow and I`ll be putting a large amount of the water from my 30 into the 75. do you think this could cut back the cycling timeline enough to get the cichlid in the tank at the end of this week

As long as you're moving biological media over to the new tank then it shouldn't be a problem, especially with only one fish.
