You see Lee, your tanks are truly inspiring, but they are really depressing too - I don't think I'll ever be able to set up a tank like that...
Doesn't it motivate you to try though?
Gonna start calling big CA cichlid tanks with 3D backgrounds and natural decor "Nuttall style." 
You know, like our very own Takashi Amano. Give me maybe 5 more years and I should be able to start approaching this level, I hope.

Where do you buy your backgrounds, and where do u buy all your fish because they are really nice
Backgrounds are ordered from "Back to Nature", through my lfs. In honesty, there's so much information about now, that it's easier to make your own. Something i plan to do in the new year.
Many fish in the uk are sourced from Conkel, Rapps, cichlids of america, a small handfull of dedicated uk keepers and the pioneers of central american fishkeeping the German hobbyists. Many of these guys collect their own stock. Loads of rare fish available on the continent.
We are only a small group who keep centrals at a serious level in the uk. We have a good relationship where we can help each other out getting unusual fish. We have very close ties with our German and Dutch friends.
