Aggressive P. Afer Knifefish video...

I have 3 in my 600 along with a 26" Aba Aba who runs ****. They actually hang out with each other and can gang up on fish. I have them with like 15 polys and 5 random cichlids. Very cool fish

Any idea what people have successfully kept with this knife species longterm?

I have a nearly 8 incher and he killed a foot long silver arowana .. they dont eat fish they just psychos they bite and hold for fun .. since i am nearly with my fish most of the day since its in my view .. i observe his behaviour and he is at times so calm that you will think plecos bully him when they move past him .. but only i know he is the boss in the tank and he is the smaller one .. when he is in mood he will bully the plecos so much that they dont come at the bottom of the tank at all and when he is calm they are jumping beside him and all .. this fish is my favourite now because they really have a weird persona and i have him for nearly a year now .. i love him he comes and begs for food as now he knows me or something or when i bring the pellet box he comes out from the hiding seeing it.. and ya they very slow grower my plecos have grown faster than him

I had to place a skull cave in the tank for my little one as it has sustained a burn patch from hanging out up alongside the heater.
Amazing that it would remain there despite bodily harm.
