Aggressive Suncat?

my oscar and tinfoils have been getting picked on and the only other fish in the tank is a sun cat. i thought these cats were very peaceful? i keep him well feed on market shrimp so i dont understand why hes acting outta line? anyone have an experience with an aggressive sun catfish?

no mines usually the one that gets beat on but he does go after my tinfoil barbs when i turn off the lights

mine aren't really aggressive, sometimes they lip lock with my jack dempsey but thats about it

My 4''-5'' guy isn't a push over he fights alot as members of the bagridae complex they can be aggressive

Mine fights with my firemouth my fourline pictus and anything else that invades his hideing spot he lip locks with my cichlids and can bite hard he latched onto my fourlines mouth and they got into a good fight the fourline got most of his bottom wiskers torn off and got a good rip on the under side of his mouth

ya he only comes out when i turn off the lights so hes obviously causing problems at night, which doesnt make sense because i keep him very well feed on shrimp

ya that might be why mines fighting. he has his own flower pot and he prolly become very territorial when the fish try to enter it. guess i should add more hiding places for the other fish.
