Aggressive types of bichir

Oh yeah I've heard of the poly death roll, never heard of it happening to live prey though, just large chunks of filet or big dead fish. That would be quite a sight to see my ornate trying to death roll my wolf. The wolf rips and tears at larger fish, he ripped a molly in half by just whipping it back n forth. That would be such a nice contrast though, with the dark red and the bright gold, but I've heard this before that Golds are better with each other. If I can get more then one I sure as hell will lol. A gold wolf community tank would be a beautiful sight. Anyone worry about their bichir death rolling their finger off? Lol

I do most definitely like the idea of a kind of wolf that actually enjoys other of its own species company, that would be awesome. As I've said I have a guy who's willing to buy my red wolf at any time and he has compatible stock (Florida gar, big rope fish, African butterfly fish) and a good sized tank, so if I have to I can leave the Gold alone until I can afford more. Thanks for the input King, I love the idea of a golden wolf species tank

From what I have seen my ornates are the most aggressive. Just bought one yesterday (9") and he started circling and nipping at my fairly large clownknife. I have a 6" ornate in the tank too and he goes after the plecosamus...funny that they don't mess with each other in the tank though....

for some reason my ornate seems to be abnormally peaceful (lol definitely not complaining). As she has not even attempted to bite or harm any other fish in the tank. (now when the lights are out and the feeder fish are in thats a different scenario)
