WOW, Otherone and Myanheer, You actually thought that I was being serious? That by itself is pathetic...

Sarcasm doesn't come accross well on forums, much less if you make no attempt to emphasize it and given comparable post from other's on this thread (i think you can work out which) the water is quickly muddied.

Oh and it's Mynheers (Mine-here's) a pint (think of it as a request for beer...).

I renounce any connection to a dead civilisation.... :irked:

I saw a wolf take down a deer at the waters edge once, it was intense

Doesn't surprise me. aircraft aren't safe over Buenos Aires since a population of mega Hoplias began ripping 747's from the sky.

Argentina is a no fly zone...

I have currently a 9" aimara that bit me on the side of my hand close to my thumb and left a nice circlular bite radius, quite a bit of blood also. This happened when i was doing a gravel wash holding the python just under the surface. For those of you who think they won't jump out to bite your wrong because that also happened to me with my old 15" Aimara. I was working just above the tank when it lunged hitting the glass so hard i thought for sure it shattered, it didn't but it freaked me out. The bigger the aimara the braver i think..

So at work we got a tank of common wolffish. They are probably about 4-5 inches each.

We also have a red terror that is 7-8" that somebody traded in that is in the same tank.

One of the wolffish is always swimming around and he loves to stare down the terror. Another employee was going to scrub the inside of the tank and when he opened the lid the wolf fish started staring down his hand. When he put his hand in, the wolffish darted after his hand and tried to bite it :D.

Are wolf fish normally this aggressive?

Yes, yes they are. I have one in a 55gal and he will jump at me if he gets a shot. I moved him in a 20gal tote with about 2 inches of water in there. I opened the lid and he JUMPED upto my waist. Needless to say i gained a LOT of respect for him and so did my than sobbing girl friend. She still doesn't want to walk by the tank in our living room. Doesn't care about the red bellys but hates the wolf.

man i was gonna get some of these but after hearing all these crazy comment s im for sure cool on these beast!!!!! thanks for the Waring guys
