For a 75 gal. tank you cant go wrong with an Istlantum Cichlid. He gets to about 10 inches or a little bigger, lives to seek & destroy, and has a wicked set of teeth, not to mention their beautiful.

Jaguars are very aggressive and will develop external teeth on their lower lip at maturaty.

and odo's are a horrible choice for a 75, i wouldn't keep them in anything under a 6'x2', mabey a female in a 75, not a 16" male.
