Why is my silver arowana so agressive? its about a little bigger than a foot long, in a tank by itself, i feed it hikari food sticks... Anyone know why its so agressive and how can i clean my tank if i cant even open the top cover or it will jump out and it has before

how do you know its aggressive if its alone in the tank? does he get freaked out when you put your hand in there?
when i tried to clean the inside it gets all jumpy or when you do fast movement in front of the tank it goes crazy
maybe because you placed your aro in a location that easily stresses the fish.. ever tried placing anti stress on your tank? maybe the lights are on all the time.. bare tanks are just fine but maybe your aro doesn't want bare tanks.. try placing decorations for it to hide.. just like a baby aro.. only in this case, it is a monster already.. lol
