ahh whats this ..??? fish is dead and dying too ??

they ddnt have red worms comming from there anus ....

my other cichlids have cloudy stringy poo but apart from that
nothing is wrong with them ??

Cloudy stringy poo is bad and indicates a parasite, can you get Jungle Parasite Clear over there?
 
You have plenty other options.

Fenbendazole
Flubendazole
Flubenol
Levamisole hydrochloride
Flagyl (metronidazole and praziquantel combo)

If your fish fails to eat the medicated foods, then smear the foods with garlic to coax the fish to eat.
 
my fish dont eat havent for ages there really skittish now since the two males died
ok ill try on of those to see if there ...
 
ok i found out what happened to my fishies
when i was cleaning the tank i stirred the gravel
up and the fish must of eaten there poo
and thats how they got sick and having a parasite
i have got medication for it now and quarantined them
whats left of my fish anyways !!
 
what meds did you get in the end?

Any updates? Sounds like parasites from the feeders
