from a friend here in pa hes been obtaining vics for the past 5 years and breeding them.he doesent sell to many as he doesent want his all out in the market like these other guys who call themselves vic breeders who are putting out f6 and f7 and so on fish that are poor quality.

Unfortunately, sometimes the only choice is F6's and F7's. Certain fish from Lake Victoria have only been collected one time. Some are extinct in the wild. There just isn't that much wild caught stuff from Lake Victoria anymore.
I'd be hesitant to deal with someone who says they have wild caught stuff. It's possible with a few species, but not probable with most.
