uhh the guy had a big cut on his face by his ear. thats all i was told so far. lol yea i was joking about it to my dad all the way to the hospital. also when my sister came into the hospital it reminded me of the Dane cook joke about seeing someone get hit by a car which made me laugh. but yea the cop that came after i got home from the hospital sounded like he was completely on my side and i was not breaking any laws. so i should be ok as far as legal stuff
now just sit back, sue the lady a million and a half and blow it on booze and hookers, i know thats what i would do

well now i found out some bad news. i have a chipped bone in my ankle and the bike is totaled. she hit me in the back and in the foot which was on the pedal which she ht next which broke the crank. and the front end is killed from the landing.
