Hmmmmm didn't know green tea was for healing also interesting, and yea he's a great kid,loves to work ....

I feel your pain ive got a slipped disc in my back for the second time :( no help for me maintaining four tanks my sons not really interested in that side of the hobby yet , your son sounds like a gem

Thanks... Wow a second time!!! That's gotta suck,cause this once is enough for me... They fused L5-S1...Yea my son pretty much likes to do everything I do... The family calls him my shadow...LOL

Thanks its my lower lumber disc it slips forwards trapping the nerve , just had MRI scan waiting for results but I know what it is exactly same pain/feeling as last time it happened five yr ago , I had an injection in my back worked a treat untill it popped again (im sure it went few weeks ago when I was lifting my fx6 filter typical)
I've got to work on mine self employed so no sick pay which is no good at all this time of year :(

I wish you the best of luck with yours in the future hope your op's fixed it for good ;)
