Aimara has anger issues.....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That sounds like a very mean fish.
Do they just hate their owners, or will they tolerate other tankmates? What about same species?

I'm seeing a lot of Aimara activity here lately (MFK), WHERE are people buying these fish? Who is importing them?

Please do not answer "Maybe because they like them" If english is your second language you may not completely understand the question. So it's better to just not answer. Thanks for giving it a try anyway................

:chillpill: He probably misread your question. If you're interested in one, just click on link below. ;) The Aimara in this thread was bought and shipped from the vendor in that link

Chris. Be VERY careful with these guys. It WILL grab your hand if given the chance. Mines up to about 20in now and im starting to think if it was wise to have one. LOL Ive had to tape and cover up the sides and top of the tank just to help calm him down. AWESOME fish to have though. Good luck with him!

Man, I didnt know you got 1? I knew you had a black, but did not know you grabbed an Aimara as well. How long have you had your's C? I assume you got from Rich or ECZS?

Awe, now I think I see you got yours from George didn't you?

Yeah, I love aggressive fish! I will dream about getting one of these for a long time. Hopefully someday........

I agree with you about the folks that log on to "Monster Fish Keepers" and wonder why we keep these fish..............LOL

it's nerve racking when i feed my aimara. He gets all antsy when i approach the tank. I can only open a creak big enough to drop in the food. Even at that he's able to make a big splash.
