hey was wondering if my fish need a outside source of air from a bubbler to replenish oxygen or are they good without it?

The rising bubbles do very little for gas exchange on their own. What they do is create water movement to agitate the surface. This is where gas exchange occurs.
I don't use any air on my tanks and never have......
