Air stone disc question....????

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
With a bare bottom I would say get a nice flat piece of slate and silicon it on top - that way you don't have to worry about toxins( wont lie it sounds fishy to me but I really dont know lol ) you get the same effect and not as noticeable as something sitting right on top of it (or you can try to lay it under the slate so it flows out the side of the stone ( that actually sounds kinds hot and I might try it myself )

try using rigid airline. if you clip or suction cup it to the side of the tank, it might be enough to hold it down.

I already did a month ago. I'm at school though. So no pics for a while. I used it on java fern to glue it to lava rock. And anubias on driftwood. Ive done it underwater. Actually a notable member on this site was the 1 who recommended it to me.

Ill have the pics up in a couple mins (hopefully) if not give me a shout out cuz I prolly forgot about it. 30mins max

Look at the white areas. All my other glued pieces are in the back of tank where I can't take pics. I know the pics are HORRIBLE. Quality and you can't actually see anything, but look at those semi-whitish areas in the upper/middle right/middle corner.

attach suction cups to it :)

↑This one is correct. You see that pipe line? Insert that into a holder that ends into a suction cap and you are good to go. If you want to secure it better, attach more and make sure you clean the glass where they are attached it to.

Over time suction cups wear out (rubber deteriorates in water). The magnetic clip is the way to go.
